I went lighter and did more reps. I also went lower sets as I didn’t want to wear the Mrs out either. Ideally I should go for 4 sets on everything with this rep scheme for maximal muscle growth.

Bro still a solid session your a strong guy 💪 sounds like your looking forward to the cycle ending will be good to go light and let your body heal sounds like is just what the doctor ordered
