Once u find the groove and you do it for a few days it's easy, then u feel shitty when u eat shitty lolIt's actually easier to eat clean than I thought. Every other day I make a pot of rice and fry up 3-4.5 lbs of turkey or ground beef. Pretty damn easy.

I don't see how it would overpower. Stacking works very well if you use low dosages of multiple compounds. I am only going to try 25mg anadrol at first to see how my body reacts. If all is good I bump it to 50mg. If I start feeling sick I would then take it back down to 25mg. That would be a time to think about maybe adding 25mg anavar to the mix imo. I heard that putting in the zero calorie chocolate syrop in egg whites and just drinking them isn’t all that bad haven’t had the balls to try it yet myself though lol08/26/24

Had a decent session today. Got out a couple more PR's. Also increased Semaglutide dose from .5mg to 1mg per week for the final 5 weeks left of this cycle. I can already feel the increased semaglutide dosage making me full. Not even hungry after workout. Will be a challenge getting my protein levels in each day from here on out. Ok everyone have a killer week ahead!!!

Oh yes I am keeping protein in the 275-300 range. I love my protein shakes, protein bars, and Fairlife.
