It's actually easier to eat clean than I thought. Every other day I make a pot of rice and fry up 3-4.5 lbs of turkey or ground beef. Pretty damn easy.
Once u find the groove and you do it for a few days it's easy, then u feel shitty when u eat shitty lol
 
Anyone ever run anadrol and anavar at the same time?
Think I would just choose one based on what it’s needed for. Not sure there is really a synergy between them. Seems anadrol would overpower?

sure I did it myself, tried anavar and winstrol and anavar and anadrol, as long as you have organ liver support you can push thru @RoidRage69
2 clients I have running 2 orals but not back to back right now, kick and closer

I don't see how it would overpower. Stacking works very well if you use low dosages of multiple compounds. I am only going to try 25mg anadrol at first to see how my body reacts. If all is good I bump it to 50mg. If I start feeling sick I would then take it back down to 25mg. That would be a time to think about maybe adding 25mg anavar to the mix imo. Looking for strength and muscle preservation while dropping fat.

Had a decent session today. Got out a couple more PR's. Also increased Semaglutide dose from .5mg to 1mg per week for the final 5 weeks left of this cycle. I can already feel the increased semaglutide dosage making me full. Not even hungry after workout. Will be a challenge getting my protein levels in each day from here on out. Ok everyone have a killer week ahead!!!

I heard that putting in the zero calorie chocolate syrop in egg whites and just drinking them isn’t all that bad 😂 haven’t had the balls to try it yet myself though lol

I should go buy a quart of Häagen-Dazs and slam it down with 100 grams whey. 😂

@RoidRage69 real PR push here and weight is going down perfect I really like it, but remember KILL the protein keep it high even if all liquid :)

Oh yes I am keeping protein in the 275-300 range. I love my protein shakes, protein bars, and Fairlife. Sure goes down easier than gagging in cans of tuna and water. 😂

The one thing I am most concentrating on this cycle is my nutrition. Very similar to @s.gentz diet. I am actually eating much less carbs. Only about 100 on non lifting and 125-150 on lifting days. I eat 125 grams rice per meal 2-3 times day.
