protein shakes > tuna always for me, and I never had a client 'love' any tuna always protein shake love, especially cookies and creamOh yes I am keeping protein in the 275-300 range. I love my protein shakes, protein bars, and Fairlife. Sure goes down easier than gagging in cans of tuna and water.
The one thing I am most concentrating on this cycle is my nutrition. Very similar to @s.gentz diet. I am actually eating much less carbs. Only about 100 on non lifting and 125-150 on lifting days. I eat 125 grams rice per meal 2-3 times day.
