I can see eating half a box in a day. They are that good. That's a ton of sugar alcohol though. Lots of gas. 😂
 
Thankfully I don't like sweet stuff that much, my coach gets on my case because he will give me a cheat day now and then, and he literally has to force me to buy sugary junk food because my mind is so fucked I'm paranoid if I eat it even once and spill over I'm gonna look like shit 😂😂

It took him a few weeks to convince to do the cheat day lol.

Finally got in a deadlift session for the first time since early April. Havent lost any strength. Did the same weight that I ended off with in April. Probably going to deadlift every other week. Its a good feeling when you can take 4 months off from a certain lift and do the same weight and reps. Hoping to increase my reps to sets of 5 in two weeks. Will be doing RDL on every leg day will also keep strength up. This way I am getting some type of deadlift in every week. Ok everyone have a strong week and get shredded and strong with me!!!

Holding some water after weekend of eating pizza, burgers, and fries. Weight should be below 247 by Thursday morning.
