Ok I am trying to figure out how best to transition from the tren to the anadrol. I have about 1 week left of Tren Ace. Should I wait about 3-4 days after my last Tren shot before going on drol?

@RoidRage69 I would take a week off after trenbolone and pump in anadrol, you have time to use oxymetholone 1 week off to clean tren esters is a perfect time :)

Finally got in a deadlift session for the first time since early April. Havent lost any strength. Did the same weight that I ended off with in April. Probably going to deadlift every other week. Its a good feeling when you can take 4 months off from a certain lift and do the same weight and reps. Hoping to increase my reps to sets of 5 in two weeks. Will be doing RDL on every leg day will also keep strength up. This way I am getting some type of deadlift in every week. Ok everyone have a strong week and get shredded and strong with me!!!

Food is still the same this entire cycle. Rice and lean ground beef and ground turkey 2-3 times per day. Catalina Crunch and Fairlife protein drink, Fit Crunch Protein bars, homemade hi protein low carb ice cream, veggies, lactose free milk, Gatorade 50 grams during workouts. Keeping cals 1750-2250. Protein 250-275, carbs less than 200, and fat around 50. Cycle is:

50mg TNE daily
40mg Tren Ace daily
200mg NPP weekly
125mg Test E weekly

20mg Cardarine daily
20mg Cialis daily
10mg Aromasin 5 days week, 20mg 2 days week
50mg Proviron daily
1mg Semaglutide weekly.

I have about 3 days left of Tren and then will transition to Anadrol for the remainder of the cycle. Everything stays the same except for the switch from Tren to anadrol.
