I like catalina crunch, great cereal but makes me super full. I have 2 clients eating CC, 1 guy had to stop because he couldnt eat other food (bulking) he was full.Food is still the same this entire cycle. Rice and lean ground beef and ground turkey 2-3 times per day. Catalina Crunch and Fairlife protein drink, Fit Crunch Protein bars, homemade hi protein low carb ice cream, veggies, lactose free milk, Gatorade 50 grams during workouts. Keeping cals 1750-2250. Protein 250-275, carbs less than 200, and fat around 50. Cycle is:
50mg TNE daily
40mg Tren Ace daily
200mg NPP weekly
125mg Test E weekly
20mg Cardarine daily
20mg Cialis daily
10mg Aromasin 5 days week, 20mg 2 days week
50mg Proviron daily
1mg Semaglutide weekly.
I have about 3 days left of Tren and then will transition to Anadrol for the remainder of the cycle. Everything stays the same except for the switch from Tren to anadrol.
