Food is still the same this entire cycle. Rice and lean ground beef and ground turkey 2-3 times per day. Catalina Crunch and Fairlife protein drink, Fit Crunch Protein bars, homemade hi protein low carb ice cream, veggies, lactose free milk, Gatorade 50 grams during workouts. Keeping cals 1750-2250. Protein 250-275, carbs less than 200, and fat around 50. Cycle is:

50mg TNE daily
40mg Tren Ace daily
200mg NPP weekly
125mg Test E weekly

20mg Cardarine daily
20mg Cialis daily
10mg Aromasin 5 days week, 20mg 2 days week
50mg Proviron daily
1mg Semaglutide weekly.

I have about 3 days left of Tren and then will transition to Anadrol for the remainder of the cycle. Everything stays the same except for the switch from Tren to anadrol.
I like catalina crunch, great cereal but makes me super full. I have 2 clients eating CC, 1 guy had to stop because he couldnt eat other food (bulking) he was full.

I stopped cardazol once my cycle started. Will start back up once cycle is over. I feel it is most effective at bridging.

good point, thats something we should discuss with guys that bridge in the future

With cutting I felt with my clients, cardazol 2 caps precardio was a real game changer.

I'm gonna attempt a bridge after this current cycle is over if everything goes accordingly, curious see if there will be any benefit with running a bridge vs just dropping into trt

Taking today off. Going to watch the remainder of USAPL Nationals on YouTube today and relax. Fat is just melting away. One day left on Tren thank God!!! 6 weeks is the max I can handle on that shit. 7 weeks is just too long.

I cant watch nationals wanted to but cant due to my training clients. :)

Tren day is fine its last, I dont think tren is for many guys, I dont recommend it to most clients unless pre-stage.

tren really is a tough steroid when you are on it a while
 
i did tren 10 or 15 years ago I absolutely hated this stuff never again it's so toxic and dirty
 
tren is a great steroid. you just have to run it for a short amount of time and don't go overboard

I will only use Tren when I absolutely don't want to lose any muscle while in an extreme cal deficit. Basically once per year will be my limit and only the first 6 weeks of the cycle.
