Can definitely feel the effects of losing 16 lbs so far on this cut. Each week is getting more challenging but I am holding my own and still hitting PR's every week it seems. Today stated on 50mg Anadrol per day and 200mg Masteron E per week. This is the current PED use until the cycle ends in aprox 4-5 weeks. Everything all depends on if things keep going better than planned could extend the cutting cycle. All depends on how I respond to the Anadrol.

Had a fun day doing singles on the squat. Hoping to be able to do a 5x5 with todays top weight in about 8-10 weeks. I figure after I am done with this cut in 5 weeks I can start lifting heavier. I cant believe how much fat I've lost. The amount of loose skin I have on my lower abs is insane. I hope it wont cost much to have it surgically removed. I should get some photos up tomorrow. Lighting sucks in this apt so hopefully I can get it to show up properly. I am thinking about increasing my Anadrol dosage to 75mg on training days to take advantage of the workout. I think it will be ok as I am monitoring my bp and it has actually gone down since stopping the tren. About 125/76. Only taking 40mg Telmasartan and will go up to 80 if I have too. I am also going to front load the Masteron E to 300mg per week the first 2 weeks to get saturation levels in faster and then back off to 200mg if I notice my back feels like I am sleeping rocks. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get strong AF!!!

on the skin, thats normal, when you drop to around 230 it will get more loose, thats why fasting is crucial; fasting forces the body to essentially use the skin, once you get back into fasting the skin will tighten up, its been discussed a lot on the podcast
 
I hit my chest a hard as well today felt great
