I love anadrol!!! Such a great tool!!I can sure feel the anadrol now that I have been in a slight cal surplus while deloading the last few days. My arms feel pumped even though it's been like 4 days since I've trained them. BW up about 9lbs since increased cals for the last 5 days. Midsection same size.

Lowered the weights today and went 1 min rest periods between sets. Decent pump as I have been eating an extra 100 grams carbs per day the last week. Will drop the extra carbs after tomorrows session. Ok everyone have a good final push to the end of the week!!!
