I was very happy with my deadlift session. I am thinking about doing them every back day now. Backing off a little and keeping reps in reserve and following a % based strategy. Basically started doing that with squats yesterday and doing it with bench today. I think it's time to transition into more powerlifting style training for the next few months. It's fun to train that way. I miss it.Hell yes 5 reps new pr on DL can't ask for much more brother.

Fatigue is really starting to set in the lower I get into the 230's. Went higher reps on squat today. I cut it short on set #2 could have done 10 but didn't feel like passing out. Still not a bad day. Will try for 2 sets of 7 next week and then 2 sets of 5 the following week. Adding 20lbs per side next week and then 10 lbs per side the following week is the plan. Will be starting Tbol and Anavar at 30mg each on Monday. This should help the strength in the gym. Ok everyone have a nice relaxing weekend!!!

Had a good session today with higher reps. Looking forward to increasing each week on Incline now for the remainder of the year as I did a reset to lower weight. Hit failure on the last 2 reps of the third set. Should be much stronger next week. Ok everyone have a good weekend!!!
I am looking to get as close to 220 but I won't go any longer than end of year. I don't plan on bulking until Feb 15. Will take at least 6 weeks recovery phase with TRT levels.Do you have a goal weigh you want to get down to or just a date you’re going to switch back to a bulk

Went to the gym 6 hours later than we normally do as we were at our daughters all weekend and took ferry home later in the afternoon. Started 30mg of Tbol and 30mg Anavar today. Will go up to 40mg each over the next few days. Had a decent session considering we were exhausted and hitting the gym late in the day. Ok everyone have a good week of lifting and get shredded and strong AF!!!
