Went to the gym 6 hours later than we normally do as we were at our daughters all weekend and took ferry home later in the afternoon. Started 30mg of Tbol and 30mg Anavar today. Will go up to 40mg each over the next few days. Had a decent session considering we were exhausted and hitting the gym late in the day. Ok everyone have a good week of lifting and get shredded and strong AF!!!
