Treadmill 30min

Went to the gym 6 hours later than we normally do as we were at our daughters all weekend and took ferry home later in the afternoon. Started 30mg of Tbol and 30mg Anavar today. Will go up to 40mg each over the next few days. Had a decent session considering we were exhausted and hitting the gym late in the day. Ok everyone have a good week of lifting and get shredded and strong AF!!!

It's actually 237 today. The last time I logged it on here was later in the day after eating a few meals so it wasn't representative of what's going on.

Thanks bro. I am excited to see how high my bench goes over the next few months. I am hoping to be doing incline and close grip for 3 sets of 5 with 345 in 3 months. Will be increasing each week by 10 lbs and then deloading after every 3 sessions and then decreasing to sets of 7 and then sets of 5 after each block is done. I like programming on my own. Never follow any of the others.

Yes, I think this plan is gonna be good! Excited to see the success from this cycle of training. We will get there! Might get an urge to see where we’re at for 1RM prior to the 3month mark! 💪
