I am working on getting a world record on the deadlift for the 55-59 age group. I should be doing RDL with 600lbs for reps by years end. Currently staying away from standard deadlifts while my wife has time to get back to normal. Strength training is #1 priority and always will be. Looks is secondary and comes from training and dieting which I'm doing. I always had a dream of being a pro bodybuilder and world record holder in powerlifting at the same time. This is why I am trying to cut down as much as possible to see if bodybuilding is possible. I will find out soon most likely in the next 8 weeks.@RoidRage69 are you powerlifting? I mean for a meet not sure I thought you just lifting for now

I'm eating the same amount as Sgentz and my Fitbit tells me I'm burning 3959 and 3955 on each of my last two cardio only days. My lifting days says 3500-3900 depending on body part worked.
