Yes, I think this plan is gonna be good! Excited to see the success from this cycle of training. We will get there! Might get an urge to see where we’re at for 1RM prior to the 3month mark!10/31/24

Had a good session today on the close grip bench. Looking forward to increasing it 10 lbs each session. Will go 275 next week and then 285 the week after. Will then do a deload and onto 295 for sets of 7 after that. I have a plan and am sticking too it. I want to be doing 345 for 3 sets of 5 in the next 3 months on close grip and incline bench. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week. Lets get Strong AF!!!

Went to the gym 6 hours later than we normally do as we were at our daughters all weekend and took ferry home later in the afternoon. Started 30mg of Tbol and 30mg Anavar today. Will go up to 40mg each over the next few days. Had a decent session considering we were exhausted and hitting the gym late in the day. Ok everyone have a good week of lifting and get shredded and strong AF!!!
