I knew today was going to be a challenge considering I am 5 lbs lighter than last weeks deadlift session. I still got out my 3 reps with a increase in weight of 10 lbs on my two working sets. I think next week will be about the max I will be able to do this cycle for sets of 3. I dont feel like tapering atm so I think next week will be the final week of maximal lifts until the next strength cycle begins on June 1st. Of course everything is subject to change on a moments notice. Its how we operate. LOL Maybe I will still attempt a max of 675 at the end of April. All depends how I feel. This hip is just not cooperating and I feel its holding me back at least 5% most likely more. Every day its in pain after lifting lower body stuff. Hopefully the Month of May will allow it to heal when we lower weights by 10-15%. Ok everyone have a nice finish to the week. Will be back tomorrow to kill the back!!! Everyone get Strong AF!!!

Today was a back off day kinda. Went 10 lbs lighter on my single squat and only did one set. Then went down 100 lbs on my pause squats for sets of 5 and went for speed. Trying to recover from the weeks of constant abuse. Hip is all jacked up but I think its finally getting better after doing some better stretching today at the gym. Feels much better after todays leg session than any ive had over the last 3 months so we will wait and see what happens. Might decide to go easy on deadlift day and go for speed over weight just to recover more. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
It's usually hard to back off but when your all beat up it's a lot easier to justify it. I haven't had a deload since I started this cycle in early February.Good on ya bro, it's hard to back off and listen to the body
Very smart move @RoidRage69Forgot to mention I am dropping the Tren early. 5 weeks is enough.
Listening to your body is #1 as you're a true vet.04/14/25

Yes it was needed. Going to start back up on it in 10 weeks for the taper.Very smart move @RoidRage69
Trenbolone is not even needed, you're strong without it.
Why do you need it? You are doing very well without trenbolone.Yes it was needed. Going to start back up on it in 10 weeks for the taper.
