Treadmill 30min

Had a pretty good pump today as reps were higher. Can feel the pecs growing even while in cal deficit. Only had 60 grams carbs yesterday. Will have about 150 today and then tomorrow is my one cheat meal of the week out to dinner. No lifting this weekend so will be watching carbs intake. Yesterday only had protein shakes and walnuts. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

First workout in 6 days and last time we deadlifted or did any back was 13 days ago. Did pretty good worked way up to attempt 655 on deadlift and got it to knee level. Not bad considering ive tapered my doses to a third on most things and half on test. Two more weeks and then we fire up the doses again with some tren and masteron combined with the primo, Test, and NPP. Cant wait to see the poundages skyrocked again for a couple months. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

It looked like it was gonna go up too. Your legs started to shake and it just stalled. Farthest it’s gone yet. Was a good attempt. 😍💪🌸
