Always feels great to get a nice leg session in and then follow it up with some cardio. That's the way to hit it on the weekend training.

Good day today. A little tired from yesterday but that is to be expected while in such a huge cal deficit. Burned over 3400 cals yesterday and only ate 2400 with 240 grams protein. Looking forward to this cycle. Hoping I can lose weight on this with Tren in the mix. Its so hard for me to lose when I am on Tren. Tren loves my body. LOL. Ok everyone lets get Strong AF!!!
You gonna fuck around and find out with that tren when u go the opposite direction and pack on some crazy size and muscle 😃 😊

Next week I expect things to change when week 3 of my stack starts hitting. I might also start taking creatine again as I think I will be way below the 242 weight cap on comp day. I can always carb deplete with the wife while she is doing to make weight. Ok everyone have a good week ahead. TIme to kill the upper body tomorrow. Get Strong AF!!!

Next week is 565x5x5. I wonder if I should start creatine now to prepare for it? How can it be used without adding bloat? Just use on workout days only? 5 grams? I'm on a dry cycle unless you count the 400mg test prop and 250 Sustanon. I figure the 400mg primo and 400mg Masteron Prop should help keep dry. Also using 10mg aromasin 2 times week.

Get HCL creatine, its less bloat. I would front load creatine if you plan to go heavy 605 level. :D
