Is there any benefits to taking MCT Oil right now or would it be wasted cals?
@RoidRage69 i only do mct oil for me or clients when cutting bro
if you do pre training 1tbps mct even when super low carbs you'll see a huge performance boost
but you're light bulking looks like carbs there so no need for it better do a protein shake with some honey in it

20min Hot Tub

Today the tendonitis is back in full force so we decided to take it easy and go low volume and only do a couple exercises to give body a break. Its brutal doing heavy benching the day after a heavy squat session. Also started on the Tren today when I got home from the gym. Going to take 100mg Tren E 3X per week along with the same amount of deca. So basically lowering the deca from 400 to 300 to equal the Tren dosage. This way it also maxes out my 3X injections with 3.5ml each day with my Primo and test. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Current Dosages until cycle ends in Mid May

500mg Sustanon
450mg Primo
300mg Deca
300mg Tren E
30mg Superdrol pre workout 4 weeks on 2 weeks off 4 weeks on
50mcg IGF-1 LR3 after workout 4 weeks on 2 weeks off 4 weeks on

That was an off day. The plan was to do incline sets of 5 with 325. The pain running down my entire arm from squats the day before said no.

I like the Romanian deadlifts to to finish things out 500 lbs and then 600 lb conventional deadlift. Wow.
 
You move some big time weight, like it's styrofoam.

It will be interesting to see if you can continue to get stronger and stronger.

Deadlifts will make your entire body strong. It's one of those lifts that more people should be doing.
