Strong Woman
Hi I’m new to the board. Husband is Roidrage69, he suggested I post. Trying to lean down as a nearly 53 year old woman this is a bigger challenge. I’m 5,2” currently 160lbs. Mother Nature paused my hormones at 52 I was starting to get the hot flashes belly fat, weight gain and bloat, brain fog! Was given traditional female hormone replacement started that March 2022. It has helped with some. But unwanted weight gain still looms.
I’ve been weight lifting heavy since I was 20 1990. Husband got me into it, been hooked ever since! Mid to late 90s Dabbled with my husband after much research in short cycle small amount of test and small amt so called female safe steroids. Saw some good results in strength and mass gain , leaned out some but always been self conscious of my body! I’m short squatty big butt thighs always wanting have my upper body lower body to match! Butt thighs, It’s where my fat goes. Also doing Body Opus Diet at the time (keto today) had a short cycle of GH after that cycle. Years later Was approached by Powerlifters at my gym if I ever did or wanted to compete powerlifting? They said you move really heavy weights. I Knew nothing really about powerlifting regulations, but said yes!
Started powerlifting Spring 2002 for then an equipped lady’s novice competition schedule for mid October 2002 but I got pregnant just before and had to withdrawal. Had baby April 2003.

After that did off and on training not serious, until 2015. Started training again serious natural, i entered a powerlifting comp Dec 2015, me as 45 year old masters 72kg et class did really well. Qualified for Raw Nationals and competed in 2016. Again 2018 Nationals October, I made the podium that year Women Masters 1, 72kg again.
Squat 275lb
Bench 176lb
Deadlift 385lbs.

Was able to get 182lb PR bench at gym prior to Nats. Squat after Nats got up to 298lbs x3 PR gym.
Had a few medical setbacks right before Covid hit end 2019. Pinched nerve neck benched my training, better now after cortisone injection physical therapy across Covid while all was closed 2 years! Currently have a lumbar sacral L5-S1 Anterior Listhesis and a defect from I guess an old injury, causes a lot of right hip pain Currently.
I’m Interested in getting back to squatting deadlifting again Increasing my strength! Goal to get weight down 145-150lbs while getting back to baseline I hope. My bodyweight got up to recent high 171lbs in March 2023! Husband and I follow same schedule of training and eating. We started in April of 2023 the Keto diet with carb loads every 2-3 weeks on a weekend.

On June 30th added a mini cycle of 50mg test, 50mg EQ x 5 weeks. Last Inj 8/4/23
August we started the fasting.

I started 1iu/day of GH cycle End of August. My strength has increased on lifts since ending the test cycle. My current body weight is 158lbs 24% body fat.
Really optimistic. Looking to do another short cycle soon with Anavar & small amount test.

Below is my last couple days of workouts to give you an idea of where I am. Will be posting progress pics before new cycle starts sometime in mid October.

Meal 3) 1 cup Cheerios, 1/4 cup granola, 1 cups milk, Fairlife Protein Drink
Meal 4) 5oz Tri Tip, 1/2 Sweet Potato, 2 small pieces pineapple, 1000mg EPO, 2000mg Omega3

Won't be posting much as I work two on two off 12 hour shifts. Will update again Thursday or Friday.

Since I am the one that prepares all the meals I can say yes we can change it out. Most likely going to start doing this on Friday when we eat carbs again.

I got thick skin. I can take anything from you. The better she gets the prouder I am. Oh btw you better work on your Cybex Squat Press cause my wife is pretty close to your weights on it from looking back on July 26th.
