Have no clue. There’s too many species of crabs idk how to tell. There’s lots of them they hide under rocks. It’s low tide so we saw lots of them.are those crabs that small or do they grow bigger

We’re hiking on a saltwater coastline that’s a Washington state park on Puget Sound. It’s a tide that comes in in out on the coastline our beaches are very rocky only a few areas where nice sand beaches many are tiny pebbles vs sand. Forest trees are all the way down to the water line! It’s beautiful.that's pretty cool I didn't know that crabs lived in the forest like that
They do eat rodents and lizards small fish. But person idkthat is a big bird wow I bet it could pick up a person
Many herons do fly south but this blue hero. Species stays. Seattle’s official bird believe it or not. Me RR stated they’re seen in Alaska also. I’m not sure if they stay in areas of Alaska or if they go up and come back to Washington or diff species go south further.sister no way a bird that big can live in the cold weather they need warmth

Had a good session today. Went a little heavier but did lower reps still did a decent amount of sets!! Wanted to keep the muscles guessing how to react. This should keep them growing! Decent pump today. Forearms are still pretty sore from last week. Only did one exercise of biceps. Might do another tomorrow with shoulder/arms. Happy lifting everybody.![]()

Today was great training day triceps were pumped!! Did a bit heavier again. For fun, we did heavy shoulder press. Did sets of 8 still able to hit a heavy set which was heaviest I went since ending my Anavar cycle mid April press was 130 x 8 for 3 sets ! So to hit 140lb pr was cool. Shoulder felt great! Just TRT and HGH.
Even tried light upright rows still those are hard on shoulders but not painful. Got better range of motion on my front raises. Was a win! Everyone have a good weekend. Happy Lifting![]()
