Was a good first workout after being back from the hot weather East of the cascade mountains in North Eastern Washington!! Hot weather 95F degrees. 101degrees last couple days.
So was happy kinda easing back into lifts. We only did one day at gym over there. Too hot. Wipes you out. Shoulders felt kinda wiped out but Triceps were on fire!!
got a PR on Rope pushdowns for wt & reps. Biceps so so.
Trip over to Eastern Washington was good. Hot!! Got a good base tan.
Puget sound been hot too. Usually our super hot weather here hits end of July. Got some lake time. Mr.RR and I went swimming beautiful lake warm. We were watching the turtles Bob up, standing In lake bout waist deep water staying cool, in an area lots of mud n clay on bottom water was murky. Something ran into the back of his leg. Prob a turtle
lol!! He high tailed it out of the lake fast.
Didn’t get a fishing license tho. Good fishing rainbow trout at this lake!!
We came home to hot apartment! Our portable Air conditioner working hard to cool the place but was bad hot. Better day today. Kept a/c running today all day with a box fan helping to move air around. Uhg. Happy lifting peeps
