Had a good shoulder & arms day today. Right arm felt decent, so that nerve in my neck hopefully is healing up some. Have tried to lighten up my weights. Was good pump in the arms too. My left hip/iliac area feeling better, is still tight bit sore still. So will see how it feels for legs tomorrow! Did good finish today 25 minutes on that damn bike really went pretty hard got my heart rate right up there in cardio zone vs fat burn and walked for a cool down. Following same diet as my Mr RR just cutting down the portions. See how it goes. Excited. Happy Lifting 💪🌸

Did workout water bottle with BCAA Gatorade electrolytes

Post workout
4oz Chicken
1 cup Rice
50g pineapple
