He just has a little tendon strain. Shit happens. What can I spot to stop that? You cannot spot deadlifts. I spot him on squats. Pause squats are Light he gets those out with relative ease. You work hard you get Aches and pains strains they are normal. Dude how old are you bro? Do u not get aches and pains? 🤷‍♀️ not everything is an Injury. He iced it! It will get better. All’s good. 👍

pause squats are the best.
really engages those muscles to get stronger!
 
Chest and triceps. Look really good.

115+ on the chest press machine is crazy strong.

yes it’s a really unfortunate thing. And nothing is being said about how any of them started! But I’m certain. It’s not good when you cannot get water to places that need it in emergency!! That should never happen. Too much hard working tax dollars going to things that aren’t necessary more than likely. Glad you’re ok! Run inside fir a bit!

I’ve posted pics but mostly conventional. I’m planting my feet maybe need to sit back better I think I’m dropping down between each rep it’s gotta be I’m not engaging flutes like I think I am. I just muscle it up

yup I've seen some of your vids and pics sister @RoidRageWife but you know we got 157 pages and thousands of other pages on logs we help as mods so we get a bit overwhelmed sometimes looking for pics back (which I just did lol, went 50 pages back)

Started off the walking into gym today and manger says to me “I’ve got a bone to pick wit you!” Grin on his face. I ask what did I do? He said “You can’t come in here looking better than me!” I laughed and said, Well you must not be working hard enough ! Lol. Was a good laugh. Nice compliment though coming from the manager! 😊🌸💪 Happy with todays’s chest workout. On BB incline Press, Kept weight same as last week 135lbs increased reps to 6 got out 8 on set 5 the last set. Felt good with shoulders tendons joints!💪🙏🏻 again did not use elbow sleeves just wrist wraps and belt. Felt strong today. I went up to 115lbs on Mach press that’s a little personal best win. Ususally that machine I have some aches in my shoulders but not today. 12 reps did not go to failure. Another gal that trains there we were chatting. She said it’s always a pleasure watching you guys train. So was a nice day of compliments. We stopped at Costco to get the quinoa salad they’re always out of it… grabbed a rotissary chicken and some yummy Mediterranean green salad kits. Just can’t beat a whole cooked chicken for $5 protein cost less than the salads!! 🤷‍♀️ Deadlifts tomorrow!! Happy Lifting!💪🌸
