Hey hope you all had a good weekend. Been just
Taking it easy. Switching up I do t have quitethe same pain tolerance as the hubby. So we did a full body circuit type workout on Friday then carb loaded! Probably about 300-400grams carbs per day. Trying to eat my way out of this shoulder bicep tendonitis pain shit that’s going on! Mr. Had a huge shoulder surgery few years ago he’s got legit pain. I’ve not had this problem till recently like Summer. My guess is tendon or rotator cuff simply because my symptoms. Maybe the GH is playing havoc with me a bit. Or the decrease in the Anavar/test idk. Even hit a good breakfast out with our daughter who visited this weekend. And was really good! Swedish Pancakes! Will clean it back up now and training lighter as gotta heal! Got 2 more weeks on the Anavar. Will continue GH & low dose HRT. Happy Lifting 💪😊
