Arm and shoulder feeling better overall! Used home TENS unit. Felt a bit more relaxed afterward. Like working reps at gym vs weight. Stretches and exercises for shoulder impingement. Still eating same 16-24 hour fasts on work days. Workouts all are fasting at least 12 hours. Weight is steady.

Focus on reps with little rest between sets. Arm/shoulder still painful but feeling better have better range of motion. Definitely nerve issues get tingling in forearm and fingers with certain positions. Keeping protein high low carb on non training days and moderate carbs on training days
