It’s week one! Not had much hunger not fasting. Eating leaner and mainly low carb but not Keto on my work days! More carbs on training days.

Had homemade veg beef barley soup & fairlife protein shake meal 1; meal 2 went out for dinner with father In law Thai food. Maybe a 1/2-3/4 cup fried rice and showering Rama veggies with added chicken and broccoli Has a spicy peanut sauce on it & a beer Ate half of that. Catalina crunch cereal with fairlife protein shake 3rd meal.
Work days eating meal 1 Greek yogurt and protein Shake before work. Meal 2 - 1 cup Catalina crunch cereal with protein shake, meal 3 leftover Thai chicken veggie no rice and bell pepper cucumbers. Dinner meal 4 will likely be homemade beef barley veg soup.
thats a good clean diet for the days you train hard, you're a big lifter so you need the calories, rooting for you
