Yeah see I'm not smart I always chose back day for the stair master just to punish my lower back even more 😂
If you stand upright it doesn't hurt at all. I found that when I lean forward gasping for air that's when it hurts.

Our daughter is visiting so she wants to workout today. it’s back day! She’s 20 so she doesn’t get up early unless she’s working! Lol.

She ended up not going 😢, she was up late talking to a friend. 🙄kids and their priorities!. She just joined a gym where she lives. She Swam in Highschool. Trying to get her to go 2-3 days a week she has basic knowledge of weight training via us as parents. She’s still having a lot of muscle pain & next day soreness. Lol.

Good workout - but needs squats
Had 4 days in a row of training. Did legs already on Friday did squat press/ then straight leg on hoist. Legs again Monday did hack squats on hoist. There’s no safety bar to do squats. Have put off squats since shoulder arm flare up strain- hurts too much even with wider grip. Other-wise I’d be on the squats Mobster!!
