Did couple DB Bench movements just to see how if felt on my Rt shoulder/arm. Incline DB felt way better than flat DB Bench. Did one Tricep exercise cuz we added an arm/shoulder day in mix.
Had a good post-workout meal of collagen peptides, old fashioned oatmeal with raisins, walnuts & honey some milk. Cooked us up a couple egg muffins with bacon & cheddar found some really tastey gluten free english muffins.

I also added psyllium back in I just gotta find a good time to take it. Trying to be better about taking it regularly. When you take so many supplements it’s hard to take 1 more thing

Approximated calories today following leg workout yesterday and chest today. Carbs next 2 days off will be about half this as well as reduced fat too.

Dinner made gluten free waffle with a bit of real maple syrup with eggs bacon big glass 1% milk wanted cold glass of Orange Juice but don’t have juice in the house! Only juice we get is from the fresh pineapple we eat immediately after workout with glutamine.
