Tonight I came home from work late to this. Mr made a delicious parm crusted chicken breasts, rice & asparagus. Our chicken breast I think we’re on the juice they’re about 1lb each!! I ate half he gave me a whole cup a rice I had to share that with him after he finished his whole plate. Chix got bigger breast than me!!

All I can say is for around $3 for that meal it sure tasted good. Amazing how cheap you can eat when you know how to shop. $1.50lb for the asparagus, $1.99 for skinless boneless breasts. Over 100 grams of protein for less than $3. :cool:

Its actually easier than you think. Just pound the chicken breasts flat and then soak in milk then dip it in the panko or what ever you feel like using. Fry in a pan for 10 min per side.

Deadlifts this morning!! Got the weight up but I failed to get my 5 x 5 damn it! 305lbs Felt super heavy. Was very slow. 4th set I only got 2 I tried to do just dead stop reset, I got 3rd rep off the floor but I ran out of juice was gonna just call it. But I did a 5th set tried sumo style felt slow and butt was high got 2 said I’m done. With my warm ups I got volume in! Low back was getting tighter! Despite stretching between sets. Did lower weights in rest of my movements. I dropped My BB Rows to 135 cranked out reps been doing 185 on rows. Getting the pump on the reps.
Finished on machines and cables kept cramping in my traps at the end of my sets. I’m drinking lots water had electrolytes as usual. Dont think I ate enuff on my off days while at work maybe. Still gave it my all today. Next time will be better! Might do a smaller increase maybe 5lbs instead of 10lbs. We’ll see. Appetite coming back off Semaglutide now for 11days. My weights only up a couple pounds.
If I’m hitting a plateau might think about adding Var. Might just do it. I don’t like the way I felt today at all!! What do you guys think? Would T-bol be a better option than Anavar? You know I forgot to take my Super Beets before too. Could that make that big a difference on running outta energy so fast?
Still eating lots good clean calories. Below I took videos. But again can’t figure out how to blur faces & stuff on video. So I just made some stills. Happy lifting 💪🌸

@RoidRageWife wow those are some crazy lifts, you're SUPER STRONG

on the tbol vs anavar, I dont think tbol is good has sides for women (German Olympic women team is all tbol in soviet times). I suggest low dose anavar :)

We Have a couple girlfriends compete today in USA Powerlifting Arnold Masters Pro Comp. So I was Inspired. Watched it after we trained today Now watching bodybuilding. 💪👍

good job on that lifting and the form looks perfect
 
that is a great gym a lot of gyms don't let people deadlifts since idiots break the floors and the equipment
