We bought our own bars, we pack them in with our belts knee sleeves wrist wraps….don’t think corporate likes to buy or replace anything. We can’t really pack a safety squat bar in and out thoughLove when the gym gets new equipment. Glad you enjoyed the new grip for pull downs. It is always awesome to realize your body is changing!

Got a couple gains on a few movements today. Good pump in my arms today.
Tried DB front raises but my shoulder hated it. Even light weight hurt. Otherwise good workout.

Stretching neck arms shoulders several warm up sets, plus using a light rubber dyna band. Do some rotations & swings with arms shoulders as well as hips on leg days.@RoidRageWife arm pump is the best I love it
