I do feel like I could be thicker in my back for sure! Need to definately work adductor and abductors more if I’m to get the sumo back in play. Im wearing my knee sleeves now for Deads so I can ease the bruising above my knees. I keep the bar so tight to my legs that I bruise & hurts like a mother…! Hope everyone had a good weekend.We took Sunday off. No green beer! Nice to see warm sunshine making an appearance here.
Increased some lifts. Shoulder still aches with pressing movements and hammer curls. But still upped my weight on shoulder press! Biceps felt strong on preacher curls w/bar. Triceps felt great, they felt strong on all exercises. Really want to try a close grip bench maybe incline would hurt less than flat. Might try it on chest day. Happy Lifting!
