IGF should help with the shoulder, keep us updated
 
Have you tried bpc or tb500 for the shoulder or considered them ? I know bpc has worked really good for my knee.
 
I would say try doing cleans but not with your shoulder issues
Nope no jerking or throwing weights like that. You younger peeps can do those.
 
why are you doing rows and lat pull-downs when your shoulder is hurting
Because I can. I dont just quit doing something. I will tweak it so I can do it. If it hurts do it differently. Or lighter. You don’t just stop training it! If it was super serious I’d be benched. Got to live with it for now.

Yep did both after I started having the bad pain beginning of November, didn’t seem to help much For me. But thx. I did anti inflammatories ice heat rest! Stopped BB benching. Went to doctor finally February. I’m getting old. I think I get to deal with it until I can’t then cross that bridge when I have to. It sucks but I appreciate everyone’s suggestions. I’m hopeful that the HGH now adding IGF along with Anavar may help. As well as not eating in a deficit.💪🌸

I really hope it helps you as well! Funny enough I had tore my bicep tendon in 3 spots that goes into the shoulder join in my early 20s, trust me it sucked then and I imagine would suck even worse now, I will pray you heal up.

Squats were great today! Did have a little bit of difficulty getting 5 reps out. Mr.RR is a great spotter but my speed out of the hole gets slow and it’s a grind getting up. Shoulder felt fine which is a bonus. Increased Weight squats by 5% to 255 for 5 sets. Not my one rep max. Upped my hack squat to 300 for a set. Did straight leg deadlifts today. Been 2-3 weeks. Left hamstring been sore at the glute tie in. So kept weight same for those. Took easy on seated hamstrings too. Was long workout!! Got to do 3 workout days in a row this weekend due to Mr.RR’s colonoscopy Monday. So Easter dinner will be clear liquids,Powerade & a gallon jug of GoLytely! My 1st colonoscopy is scheduled for next Monday lol 🤣 on that note Happy Lifting!💪🌸

I definitely love that type of meal very simple and easy to make
