Nope no jerking or throwing weights like that. You younger peeps can do those.I would say try doing cleans but not with your shoulder issues
Because I can. I dont just quit doing something. I will tweak it so I can do it. If it hurts do it differently. Or lighter. You don’t just stop training it! If it was super serious I’d be benched. Got to live with it for now.why are you doing rows and lat pull-downs when your shoulder is hurting
Yep did both after I started having the bad pain beginning of November, didn’t seem to help much For me. But thx. I did anti inflammatories ice heat rest! Stopped BB benching. Went to doctor finally February. I’m getting old. I think I get to deal with it until I can’t then cross that bridge when I have to. It sucks but I appreciate everyone’s suggestions. I’m hopeful that the HGH now adding IGF along with Anavar may help. As well as not eating in a deficit.Have you tried bpc or tb500 for the shoulder or considered them ? I know bpc has worked really good for my knee.

Successful shoulders and arms! Creeped up my weight again 5% ish on presses. Did good stretching and warm ups. Will ice the shit out of my shoulder use the red light therapy, massage, foam roller …. Happy Lifting!![]()
