This high volume shit is exhausting, keeping rest short. I feel like it’s just cardio I feel better pump with heavier weight I think. Idk Maybe it’s just me. I kept lowering my weights as I got further into the workout, cuz just burning out on reps. Different kind of tired. But I got it done. Stuck with it. We even finished with abs and a short treadmill! At the pool supposed to be a 2nd day of 80degrees pretty nice for Here!! I’m so white I glow in the dark! Happy Lifting everybody!![]()
Thx going in tomorrow for legs! Will eat good Saturday night and hopeful to get the kids over for a hike Sunday, our daughter and her boyfriend. He’s Navy on a submarine and he will be getting deployed again anytime-ish, we never know when or where to, as nuclear submarines packing big ass nuclear missels it’s all confidential!! so we hope to get some time seeing him before this happens.
