I wanna do pull-ups too. I’ve lost weight and I can Dow body weight pull downs. I just haven’t tried actual pull-ups in a long long time. Usu can get a few out but not really been able to do multiple reps or sets without asst. Might have to try soon. See if my shoulders like it.A Friday workout looks really solid. Not many women can do bodyweight dips.
It’s 10 sets 3 reps as fast as you can but controlled reps 30-45 seconds rest. Get volume in fast, lower weight, faster recovery. No injuries. It activates your muscle fibers hence growth. Like fast twitch muscle stim. Plyometrics I think it’s called! We just take enuff time to swap weights on the bar lol. Kinda fun!What is speed bench ? That sounds really interesting.

Planned on doing hack squats try a new machine at other gym that we have not used yet. and RDLs ext Curls ect…. But I got a phone call that my mom passed away so they kinda put an abrupt stop to the workout! She was at her home she had someone with her, roommate old BF he lived with her cared for loved her! She has been in poor health for quite awhile! She’s at peace now. No more pain. Smoking is very bad habit your lungs don’t like it at all! Don’t do it! She is at peace now, no pain with my step dad and her sister and her dad. She’s watching over us now!! My personal Angel! RIP mom luv u!![]()
