Today we focused on volume with deadlifts did 10 sets. Was kinda fun. Tried hook Grip for the first time man that hurts. I got to 245 didn’t lose my grip but hurts only 3 reps. Lots of chalk! Tried to work on the speed & form with this. Will likely keep trying hook Grip. I did swap off hook grip on last 2 sets! Hands hurt thumbs on fire. Also did T Bar Rows. Still kinda short for it at 5’2”. Haven’t done these since was in 20s. Will do back accessory work tomorrow with some arms and speed bench again. Been a week on Anavar!
Upped my Var from 5mg to 10mg daily for 4-5 weeks. Pic doing Shrugs with 225!
