Planned on doing hack squats try a new machine at other gym that we have not used yet. and RDLs ext Curls ect…. But I got a phone call that my mom passed away so they kinda put an abrupt stop to the workout! She was at her home she had someone with her, roommate old BF he lived with her cared for loved her! She has been in poor health for quite awhile! She’s at peace now. No more pain. Smoking is very bad habit your lungs don’t like it at all! Don’t do it! She is at peace now, no pain with my step dad and her sister and her dad. She’s watching over us now!! My personal Angel! RIP mom luv u! 🙏🏻💕💪🌸

Today felt ok. Chest. It’s day 4 of Anavar 5mg/Day on board. Don’t feel way stronger or anything dramatic we tried flat bench at the same club were Doing legs n squats at. The benches are a little better for lift offs. MrRR Rt shoulder bugging him so we switched to close grip bench which he has no probs with. My left shoulder a bit fussy. I do better with close grip & incline as well. It should convert over to flat bench for competition anyhow. The incline benches are also Hoist brand. They seem like incline is lower than our usual gym. So that’s diff. I did ok 135lbs, 1st set seemed off. But I adjusted the seat height and my 2nd set I banged out 8 reps. Shoulder felt good! Maybe the Anavar soldiers on board were coming to game late! Rest of lifts were good! Have a good weekend. 💪🌸

Today we focused on volume with deadlifts did 10 sets. Was kinda fun. Tried hook Grip for the first time man that hurts. I got to 245 didn’t lose my grip but hurts only 3 reps. Lots of chalk! Tried to work on the speed & form with this. Will likely keep trying hook Grip. I did swap off hook grip on last 2 sets! Hands hurt thumbs on fire. Also did T Bar Rows. Still kinda short for it at 5’2”. Haven’t done these since was in 20s. Will do back accessory work tomorrow with some arms and speed bench again. Been a week on Anavar!
Upped my Var from 5mg to 10mg daily for 4-5 weeks. Pic doing Shrugs with 225!

Today at the gym a young girl came up to RoidRageWife and asked what her arm workout consisted of. Pretty amazing as her arms weren't even pumped since we didn't train them today.

My sister, not many can do pull-ups. If you can do those, you would be my hero.

nothing like anavar pumps at all. Feels like your muscles are gonna pop out of your arms.
 
You are tearing it up. I'm sure you have a reputation at your gym for being that short, strong chick.
 
I'd half tape those thumbs. You will thicken the skin over time
Idk how to tape! Never taped before. Hell not sure what kind of tape to buy! I’ll have to Google it. lol 💪🌸
 
Those arms have a crazy good pump.

Are you carving up before your workouts? Or is it just from the var?
@Ulter Nope just a usual pre workout meal bout an hour before. Often a waffle and protein shake. I have 1 scoop or 2 of Gatorade in water bottle bottle with BCAA electrolytes. We share a sugar free monster drink. Actually with the weight loss I’ve gotten a lot of vascularity in my arms even before I started the Var. I’ve Always been easy to find a vein when I get blood draws! But last couple months been quite visible in arms. Pump comes sometimes. I dont chase the pumps though. 💪🌸
 
Nothing better than driving home after the gym and barely being able to drive because you have such good arm pumps.

That's very impressive.
That’s mainly just vascular. They were 15 inches prior to cut I started in July. I’ve always been known for my arms I guess!! They’re leaned out now! 💪 I was doing Shrugs. So no Bicep pump here. You should see them when they’re pumped! 🤣💪🌸
nothing like anavar pumps at all. Feels like your muscles are gonna pop out of your arms.
