Had another good WO today. Felt strong although my right wrist is angry! Been this way for ages it seems. Just some days better some days worse. Idk. Gotta be tendon or the ligaments!! Forearms a bit sore from yesterdays back wo. Speed Bench even though kinda light, my forearms wrist really feeling it. Used my wrist wrap on right wrist. Despite this I did try a set of pull-ups! We did our chest then Lat Pulldowns i thought we’re here under the cable crossovers May as well hop up see about those pull-ups!

Got out 6 good reps. Was surprised as didn’t know if I’d get more than 2-3 on my own. Mr RR spotted me a little on last rep. Was proud of myself there! So that was fun! Shoulders were ok on those. Pullovers felt strong too. I like the split doing with accessory on 4th day. I even Managed to have strong cable bicep curls! Eeked out PR there. So Var is kicking in! Also picked up calories a little this week. Keep on grinding everybody! Happy lifting
