Decent leg day! Wasn’t feeling very sturdy so to speak. Maybe just tired! Felt stronger as I went along. I went up on my squats from 215 to 225lbs thought 3 seemed good, I pushed to 5 reps for rest sets. Did hack squats and a new plate loaded standing squat machine by free motion I think. That was weird but good. Has a curved foot plate. Then a precor hamstrings was new machine model for us too. Nice to squat at this gym cuz there’s a few diff machines to use. Gives a nice change up for the muscles so they’re stimulated differently. I wish they had a squat press or belt squat Though. Got some wine afterward to have with dinner later for Anniversary &Valentines! Everyone have a great weekend. Happy Lifting!

I under estimated her strength on the hack squat and machine squat. Next time we will just load 270 on each and bang out 3 sets of 10.

Had a good chest day!!late post for me! Forgot our elbow sleeves but had my wrist wraps. Right wrist been bothersome still. Was excited to get out 5, 7 then 6 incline bench. First set always feels the heaviest and the slowest. Weird like my body has to get warmed up with the working sets idk. Like it acclimates then boom! Same with close grip bench. I started with 3 reps felt heavy then last 2 sets cranked out 8! And I did pause reps on the 1st 4 reps of last set. Was pretty excited about that shit!!! Was only 135lbs for close grip. Just finished dinner at the Outback Steakhouse with Mr. RR and his dad. Saturday nights are always early dinner with his dad. Sorry took pic of the leftover Alice Springs Chicken with the best honey mustard! Caesar salad was decent. Feeling full! Happy lifting.

Ive also noticed that as well so much so that planet is advertising on the radio how proud they are for adding a hack squat machine into their gyms.I'm seeing more and more people doing hack squats
