Was a productive leg day today. Was really happy getting 3x3 with 245lbs that’s from 225 last week did 3,5,5! Started using my smaller knee sleeves. That helps with a bit more compression on the knees giving more of a good bounce out of the hole!! Everything is starting to fire up with the PEDs. Doing my primo TRT doses together in shots twice a week Monday & Fridays. So today was full weekly dose of primo 37.5mg and the trt slightly up to 12.5mg in the system! This mix helps with the small dosing in the syringe. I’m lucky to have my Mr @RoidRage69 measure and draw up my dosages. He’s the math wizard! If only there was more low dosage AS and Test for us ladies would make it so much easier to draw up and dose at like 50mg/cc! Ok everybody have a good weekend and happy lifting!![]()

Yep can definitely feel the Anabolics kick in!! Bench was really fun today! Body feeling good! We had sleeves on today too!! First set incline bench was feeling heavy but my speed was better after that. Things just started firing!!Will likely try for 5 reps next week with same weight or move up will see how things feel. Went straight Into closegrip same weight as incline 155lbs. Did 5x3. Was gonna just do 3rep sets but felt great strong and good rhythm so stayed at 5 & I did ARMP last set! PR on BW Dips! Best my best by just 1 rep but dang they felt good 25 reps
I’ll take it!! And tomorrow we deadlift. So that will be fun. Might just go up doing singles will see. My weight is creeping up but only been one full week on the primo. But more water on board for sure muscles will be a bit fuller. Should settle. Thinking the metabolism should kick in! Have not been thst much more over on calories. Have had a couple extra days that haven’t been as clean as they ought to be. Happy Lifting this week!!

she's going to rock it broI'm excited as hell to see how high your bench will go during this cycle. 5 lbs per week increase on bench while on cycle has always been easy for you. In 6 weeks you will be pushing 185 for 8 reps on bench IMO.
