you're more hardcore than i thought sister @RoidRageWifeNope not farmers girl my dad diesel mechanic. Grew up on horses western, as a younger kid, so had strong legs from riding. But after parents divorced my mom did move to 20 acres and I lived with her and step dad for a couple years only. 4-6th grade. We had small farm but not commercial farm. We had horses cows pigs a goat chickens a pet rabbit had few geese dogs cats garden. So sorta farmer. Was a Tom Boy not girly girl. I learned to hunt shoot a gun 4th grade. I did throw around some hay bales, bags of grain. My step dad did a lot of the butchering farm and hunting deer or wild. Didn’t learn any of the butchering but I did learn how to kill the meat chickens and pluck them. I can gut many fish. Not good at filet them tho. Lol. Deads felt really good actually. I thought since my working sets of 5 felt so good speedy and light, I’d be able to hit singles without problem 315 felt a little heavy but figured 325 in the bag but but just didn’t want to go so I failed on that. I’ll get it. Body just crapped out from all the previous work!! Mr @RoidRage69 busted a callous on his hand so we kinda had to call it a day. Got the straps out & did bent-overs!! Will have to hit extra shit on accessory day like lats biceps calves abs. Been doing a lot of squats and deadlifts which gets core really well have not had energy after doing abs. Keep grinding & happy lifting!![]()

Yep can definitely feel the Anabolics kick in!! Bench was really fun today! Body feeling good! We had sleeves on today too!! First set incline bench was feeling heavy but my speed was better after that. Things just started firing!!Will likely try for 5 reps next week with same weight or move up will see how things feel. Went straight Into closegrip same weight as incline 155lbs. Did 5x3. Was gonna just do 3rep sets but felt great strong and good rhythm so stayed at 5 & I did ARMP last set! PR on BW Dips! Best my best by just 1 rep but dang they felt good 25 reps
I’ll take it!! And tomorrow we deadlift. So that will be fun. Might just go up doing singles will see. My weight is creeping up but only been one full week on the primo. But more water on board for sure muscles will be a bit fuller. Should settle. Thinking the metabolism should kick in! Have not been thst much more over on calories. Have had a couple extra days that haven’t been as clean as they ought to be. Happy Lifting this week!!

Today felt good I have a bit of a strained trap/scapula area muscle. Stiff tight I may have strained it at work had bariatric patient (Obese) she’s 300lbs and paraplegic so we have use a ceiling lift with her to move her. I had to lift her large very heavy dependent legs to place the ceiling sling under her. Was fine in the moment! Ofcorse I Had help but I felt it an hour later. So gotta nurse that damn it all!!! Ice crap outta the area sore and eat little extra protein carbs! Heal up and back to usual grind!! The PEDs are definately in FULL effect as I felt a lot better than expected with this area hurting!! I work around it. But damn I really wanted to up the weights anyhow. Was wow that feels so easy and smooth and strong. I feel it more this cycle than any cycle I’ve done. Maybe the stack with Primo on board now fir 2 weeks along with TRT Var.@~Vision~ PSL, I can only say is WOW! Thank you. And Let The Gainz Begin!

Had. Really good Squat day!! Was able to crank out my 5 reps up from 3 last week same weight.
My theoretical 1RM should be about 294! So I’m happy if I could get that at comp be a PR !
We did pause squats that was add in. Did RDLs, my legs and core was getting tired so I felt like I was getting a lot of low back on these only did 2 sets. Did laying ham curls so that hit them good! Feeling the effects of my goodies for sure! I will up my squat weight for next week go for 3s! Happy lifting everybody!![]()
