@RoidRageWife sister as always powerful update, on the semaglutide I noticed 5 months in, you planning long term with it or do some light fasting? :D
I Think i said it was my last week of Semaglutide. Long term to me was 5 months. I will see how it goes w/o maybe entertain a smaller dose. I want my body to try get used to this being its normal weight. Fasting isn’t great for strength training. So no fasting.

Time to dial it down. Will commence Strength training cycle. Today I think my blood sugar got low. Increased volume. I got lightheaded toward end of workout. Bit of nausea. We usually have little Gatorade with electrolytes in water bottle and we top it off with refills at the gym. Mr didn’t add the Gatorade. We were just gonna split a full sugar Monster but we got to car and were none left!! Gym only sold sugar-free energy drinks 🤷‍♀️ oh well. Everything felt a bit heavy today even though it shouldn’t have. But we worked through it. Body is ready for a break from maxes.
This last Monday was last week of Semaglutide so 5months i did hit my 140lb goal but since I’m moving down a weight class still need to shed 6 more real pounds. Lol. Really not used to this weight. So will need to keep building strength and watch diet close. So ready for the heartburn to be gone!! Perhaps a powerlifting meet in May. Hope everyone got some family time without too much stress. New years nearly here! Get your goals peeps! 💪🌸🎉

sista you only 5'2? dayum you tiny. would be a light snack for my wife. she is 6'3'' and 380 pounds. could throw you far into gravel pit.

I really like the lat pull-downs and seated cable rows.
 
A lot of people carry around those little sugar pills you can get from the pharmacy.

I used to take those when I was on tren and did a lot of cardio.
 
It's smart that, you know, your body really well and you can adjust things as you go.

A lot of times we just Have to adjust things.

Usually have something. The one day I didn’t. I got fruity mentos candys in my gym bag. Didn’t bring it in with me that day. Not worried. I always make sure I know where the garbage cans are if I’m doing a gruelling workout feel like a puke is gonna surface.another reason I dont care to fast before a workout. Use up the all the sugar in the muscles. No good! 💪🌸
 
at the end of the day semaglutide isn't for everyone.

the sides aren't too fun.
I think it’s a phenomenal drug for many reasons! Just gotta keep an eye on yourself like any medication you take.

sister gonna need more then some pieces of candy when you face my wife on ranch. she gonna be waiting for you in front of barn wanting to mud wrestle.
