I surprised nobody has mentioned the muscularity of these photos. Her back is getting insanely muscular. Her traps and upper back, delts, and arms. It's bad lighting but you can see the definition.04/11/25

Ok so I upped my weights again on a few things again. A few PRs.All felt pretty good today. Felt very strong today even though we trashed ourselves yesterday on heavy ass deadlifts! My DB lateral raises and a set front raises not certain if those were PRs or not maybe on reps but I think I’ve done 25lbs on those before. Was feeling kind of accomplished today! Even wore shorts to gym. Haven’t shaved in a few days. I hate shaving esp legs! Why must we have body hair anyhow? Sun was out but still cool here though. Nice when we go in and lift PRs. Yesterday we got some knuckle bumps from member who said he always enjoys watching us lift lol. And today a guy said to Mr RR “don’t break it!” on pulldowns lol. He pinned out the stack! We don’t crash or smack weights down loud and hard. Hate that shit. Just not good for equipment but he noticed ha. Good for the ego!
lacking in abs recently did our usual weighted crunch Mach. I was way stronger in my abs I planked beforehand which seemed easy. So I upper weight on crunches too. Mr got some vids. Ok day of rest tomorrow! Have a great weekend all Happy Lifting!
