So today went in confident after last week had good speed n reps at a heavy weight. It is Good Friday. Both my hips and glutes just didn’t feel right today. I did warm up on bike stretched and rolled. Been stretching and rolling at night. I did light warmups was going back n forth with warmups between sumo/conventional trying to loosen up. Decided not to risk injury went conventional so I had even harder time with keeping my butt down. I did get a PR on deads doing conventional style though. So that was nice. Thanks to my coach, Mr @RoidRage69 told me to not give up. It was extremely slow but I kept it going and finished it!! Ok Happy Lifting & Easter weekend.![]()

@RoidRageWife Wow, your muscles look huge. Your arms are not only big but they're also vascular. I bet your body fat level is extremely low. You should get that tested sometime.04/18/25

Thanks! It’s weird just my upper body vascular! Arms about same circumference over the last year or so 14-14.5inches. I guess my shoulders have grown a lot…makes my ass look smaller yay!!@RoidRageWife Wow, your muscles look huge. Your arms are not only big but they're also vascular. I bet your body fat level is extremely low. You should get that tested sometime.
For sure gotta make sure recovery is adequate for sure esp as we age!!The closer to peak strength the more rehab is important

My lower body not vascular though, but it’s leaner than was! I got pics of it from when I first started logging right before that I think. Will be intersting seeing them side by side with today.
Our Fitbit Scale set on athletic says 21-22% and hubby scale don’t know brand says round same 21% it reads more stats idk how accurate these digital barefoot readings are but the Dexascans cost bout $50-60 each right now. I would like to get one done again when I have more money to blow. My scale and the dexa scan were used in 2018 scale said like 34% dexascan said 24% so could be closer to 18%. I don’t feel like that lean. Recomp for sure!! Feel a lot better, more confident for sure.![]()

I dreamed about her stepping on stage back in her 20's. I think she could have gone pro but she didn't want to diet down. There is no reason for her to do it now unless she got a big sponsership from a supplement company to pay her to do it.
