Had Decent day we only did deadlifts the other day so had to hit back so did cable rows for first time in quite awhile! My 195 was strong, I’ve done done 205lb once for 3 so figured I had to be stronger should be able to hit few more reps. I did! Not too shabby for 142lbs bodyweight. Hard to keep my ass on the seat lol!!😂 That was fun. Had to wait for a cable pulldown didn’t want to do the isolateral pulls on the life fitness equip. We did face pulls and pulldowns all at my last weeks max weights while waiting. so a bit tired by time lat pulls was open. Still managed my max weight from last week at 175lb not bad fir a girl.Plate loaded biceps my poor arms were pumped & spent after a drop set! Finished with new abs machine and Cardio. Happy lifting everyone!💪🌸
 
You impress the helm outta me. Everyday your body is changing at an alarming rate. I wonder what Masteron would do for your vascularity.

@RoidRageWife deadlifts the other day were huge, you did some big ones :D but today sister you again went all out, impressive.

So today went in confident after last week had good speed n reps at a heavy weight. It is Good Friday. Both my hips and glutes just didn’t feel right today. I did warm up on bike stretched and rolled. Been stretching and rolling at night. I did light warmups was going back n forth with warmups between sumo/conventional trying to loosen up. Decided not to risk injury went conventional so I had even harder time with keeping my butt down. I did get a PR on deads doing conventional style though. So that was nice. Thanks to my coach, Mr @RoidRage69 told me to not give up. It was extremely slow but I kept it going and finished it!! Ok Happy Lifting & Easter weekend. 💪🌸🙏🏻🐣

Went in today to squat….Was feeling quite sore in my shoulders arms traps from yesterday back training. My deadlifts 3 days ago i had to do conventional stance cuz groin I did singles. Didn’t do anything that strained or injured just was not strong felt sore both sides. Conventional didn’t hurt but the sumo was feeling strain.
So Today I was experimenting with my stance going narrow. As squats felt this ache somewhat still even after rolling stretching. Went narrow, It didn’t hurt in My front groin hip abductors area. It was more on right side today . I Might just be worn out from blasting this strength cycle. But narrow felt great!! I did singles but they seemed faster today. I hit 295lbs to tie my all time best felt good. I will attempt 300 I should have just loaded 300! Damn I wanted to. Was exciting long time coming getting back to 295 finally. 💪🌸🎉 Doing it at 142lbs vs 170lbs 5 years ago. That says a lot. Now Deadlifts to catch up to 385! Proud of Mr. @RoidRage69

You're such a badass!!! So far this cycle you have increased your squat by 30 lbs, bench by 20 lbs, and deadlift by 20 lbs. The deadlift number is deceiving because you switched over to conventional the other day. Two more weeks of conventional most likely will get you another 20 lbs. since you haven't trained it for 4 months.

I can assure you all that everyone at the gym is impressed. Every week multiple people come up to us and say something. I am extremely impressed and it takes a lot to impress me.
