i came to trailer today after hard days work to find her passed out from eating too much bacon lolz.
Sounds like she needs few weeks of Semaglutide! Bacon eh? I love bacon! Not grass fed beef steak n eggs bro? what’s up with that? 💪🌸
 
I can assure you all that everyone at the gym is impressed. Every week multiple people come up to us and say something. I am extremely impressed and it takes a lot to impress me.

@RoidRageWife Good job on this. A lot of credit goes to you but also you have a really good gym with some excellent equipment. Also a lot of credit for all the gear that you're using as well, it is true steroids do help.
Her body is like a early 20's athlete. I swear her recovery is double that as when she was training back in her 20's. Ive never thought it would be possible for a woman to add 70-80 lbs to her powerlifting total in one cycle. That is unheard of and she is not finished gaining. I think she has another 10% to go by comp date in mid to late July. I think 335 Squat, 225 Bench, and 400 deadlift is really likely in July.

These are the numbers I have written out for the fall meet for her to get.
Squat 345
Bench 235
Deadlift 425

That would give her a 1005 total. That would break the WR by 30 lbs. This all assumes she is healthy and can pull sumo. I think when her hips get better she will blow by 385 on sumo and hit 400 easily this summer.

You’re thinking of @Kindafitkindafat. She works a farm. Had few animals growing up including a horse my mom had a small farm I guess but I grew up with my dad mostly from like 6th grade. Not really growing up on a farm. 💪🌸

Felt Decent today for Chest. Decided since last week of heavy for now would go for 210lbs bench. Got it ! Touch n go. Was happy with that! One weight PR. Rest were rep PRs. Over all happy with my gains this cycle! Will have short 4 weeks cut back by half on PEDs on the npp/ primo keep test cyp same. then cycle back up on same stack! Staying on small amount hopefully will allow a faster sync when I go back full doses. Since the next strength peaking cycle will be shorter!! Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

@RoidRageWife i think i remember you mentioning you had a horse. you and hubby should link up with bodymonster and spend the week with him on his ranch, think it would be a nice time if you into that sort of thing

Im so impressed with your deadlift strength today. 365 lb conventional deadlift looked strong. 405 by mid July imo.

Was a goid day at gym. My hip groin was feeling better overall but still not 199% not willing to risk it. Felt a lot better warming up with the sumo though. Conventional didn’t hurt so I stuck with it. I managed to muscle up 365! Was very excited bout that. esp conventional. A trainer at the gym was squatting 5 plates for reps on the rack next to us. We never met him just seen him lift here and there. He’s a powerlifter now but was Bodybuilder for 8 years. He complimented me on that lift so I felt a bit more secure about my form on that. Mr RR was excited too so made me feel good! I’m sure it look more like an RDL but hey it didn’t hurt it wasn’t as super ass slow as last weeks 355! I have to say I impressed myself a bit. We chatted a bit too long with him got cooled down too much. So we called it Only did deads today. We Headed over to see our daughter too, she just had her 22nd Birthday this last week. So we took her for dinner. No videos or pics of my lifts but took pic of food. But after I started eating! lol! 🤣 shredded beef enchilada, taquito and a pork tamale topped with a beer. 💪🌸
