Was a goid day at gym. My hip groin was feeling better overall but still not 199% not willing to risk it. Felt a lot better warming up with the sumo though. Conventional didn’t hurt so I stuck with it. I managed to muscle up 365! Was very excited bout that. esp conventional. A trainer at the gym was squatting 5 plates for reps on the rack next to us. We never met him just seen him lift here and there. He’s a powerlifter now but was Bodybuilder for 8 years. He complimented me on that lift so I felt a bit more secure about my form on that. Mr RR was excited too so made me feel good! I’m sure it look more like an RDL but hey it didn’t hurt it wasn’t as super ass slow as last weeks 355! I have to say I impressed myself a bit. We chatted a bit too long with him got cooled down too much. So we called it Only did deads today. We Headed over to see our daughter too, she just had her 22nd Birthday this last week. So we took her for dinner. No videos or pics of my lifts but took pic of food. But after I started eating! lol!
