Time to dial it down. Will commence Strength training cycle. Today I think my blood sugar got low. Increased volume. I got lightheaded toward end of workout. Bit of nausea. We usually have little Gatorade with electrolytes in water bottle and we top it off with refills at the gym. Mr didn’t add the Gatorade. We were just gonna split a full sugar Monster but we got to car and were none left!! Gym only sold sugar-free energy drinks

oh well. Everything felt a bit heavy today even though it shouldn’t have. But we worked through it. Body is ready for a break from maxes.
This last Monday was last week of Semaglutide so 5months i did hit my 140lb goal but since I’m moving down a weight class still need to shed 6 more real pounds. Lol. Really not used to this weight. So will need to keep building strength and watch diet close. So ready for the heartburn to be gone!! Perhaps a powerlifting meet in May. Hope everyone got some family time without too much stress. New years nearly here! Get your goals peeps!
