So today was the day!! Finally hit 300lbs all time PR



. I stalled a little out of the hole but got that shit up! I rested and tried for another single but did need a slight spot. But that’s a win! So excited to finally get over that hump! Will back off the heavy now and will hit it again in a month or so! Did not get back to 385 deadlift but the gains I’ve made have been remarkable as Mr
@RoidRage69 stated earlier. 35lbs on my squat, 25lbs on my bench and 40lbs on my deadlift. 100llbs total!! Over bout 3 months



Thats at 145lbs ish bodyweight! Proud of myself for getting here. Ok happy lifting!!
