Reverse grip on chest is tough and definitely can feel painful its a weird technique trying to prefect it.

Shoulders still feeling sore, eh? Well, you did get in an extra shoulder day recently, so that makes sense. Taking the weekend off is a good call. Rest and recovery are just as important as training.

@RoidRageWife it’s good to go back and reconnect with the ones you like at old gyms. I had a good gym buddy pass away about 6 months ago. I’d love to be able to the gym one more time with him.
 
I think her vascularity is going off the charts. This was on Sunday on a rest day while eating in deficit.

It’s hard yes cuz my body fat def holds in my butt n thighs. But I got some saggy old lady skin in my thighs. Tiny bit on my lower abs. Working hard still to shed it off to make 132lb/60kg comp weight class! Only way to do it is to look like a little bit of a freak I guess l. 🤣💪 funny I get a compliment nearly daily from someone I do or don’t know in a store at gym or work. I guess it kinda feels nice esp when it comes from another woman who just thinks it’s awesome and wants my arms. lol. I turn about 3 shades of blush red! But I say thanks in my most modest tone. If I can inspire other women to be stronger, feel better, wanna work out, then great! They don’t shame me and say I look too masculin, they’re just inspired!

i can't remember if it was you or another chick on here who got dexa scanned and got a number. i'm sure you are super low
