Was a lot of volume today. But was a real good day of training!! Did conventional felt good weight was relatively smooth light focus on form speed the early weeks. Need to get my 5x5s up to as heavy as bout 325-335lbs to attempt a 400lb for a 1RM. I know I can get 315 for the reps in the bag. Will try to make 20lb jumps on deads to start, to get here. Started back full dose PEDs as Mr RR mentioned earlier this combo seems to be working very well hence my recent pics last week! Keeping the protein high 125-150g a day! Daily calorie consumption avg about 1500-1750cal. Happy Memorial Day Weekend. 🇺🇸🎇🎉 🙏🏻 Thank you all who have served and are serving, it is military appreciation month. Happy Lifting everybody! 💪🌸🇺🇸

Was accessory today. Back shoulders biceps will hit triceps on chest day. Standard issue training day nothing special. Was a 2 set kinda day. 2 sets of everything nearly. Was finding shoulder exercises that don’t aggravate my arms and shoulders. DB Lateral was messing with my right arm shoulder kept popping felt like tendon may been a bit nerve stuff too but swapped it out did front raises and some presses!! Volume again today. Did a lot of exercises 24 sets total. Lots of reps today. Nice weather out, warming up sunshine feels good! Will go out to dinner with father in law tonight somewhere. Had Costco stuffed bell peppers & salad lastnight for dinner, forgot how good those were! Happy Lifting! 💪🌸🇺🇸

Thx! 😊 My pics on leg day page 45 @Mobster I impressed myself lol 😂 but the next morning my legs popped right out. Was even more wild for sure! My jaw dropped a little when I saw the pics he took. Then to go back see the pics side by side with 2023 and 6 months ago, puts it in perspective for me. Was just trying to lose some fat gain some muscle strength get down from my old weight class for powerlifting so I could be more competitive. I think I’m on my way. I just didn’t expect to look good doing it. Will def have to hang onto this look. lol. 💪🌸

This meet looks like it’s part of a fit expo event. Seeing more BB, PL, Oly PL ….

Lastnight dinner with father in law Italian was a Cheese Ravioli with mushroom Marsala sauce and 2 big meatballs. Was soo good!! Garlic bread ofcoarse.

This is week 2 of 7 week strength cycle. My Friday and Monday injections both in. So got my full dose PEDs going into this week. This volume should be building the strength come peaking time!! All signed up for the meet. Let the gains begin again. Take 2! Happy Lifting! 💪🌸🇺🇸
