Was a lot of volume today. But was a real good day of training!! Did conventional felt good weight was relatively smooth light focus on form speed the early weeks. Need to get my 5x5s up to as heavy as bout 325-335lbs to attempt a 400lb for a 1RM. I know I can get 315 for the reps in the bag. Will try to make 20lb jumps on deads to start, to get here. Started back full dose PEDs as Mr RR mentioned earlier this combo seems to be working very well hence my recent pics last week! Keeping the protein high 125-150g a day! Daily calorie consumption avg about 1500-1750cal. Happy Memorial Day Weekend.![]()

Was a really good leg day. Felt strong weight felt smooth did my 20lb jump from last week for squats. Did my volume. Body feels good. TrainingOnly gonna get more challenging each week. This is week 2 of 7 week strength cycle. My Friday and Monday injections both in. So got my full dose PEDs going into this week. This volume should be building the strength come peaking time!!
