Was a really good leg day. Felt strong weight felt smooth did my 20lb jump from last week for squats. Did my volume. Body feels good. TrainingOnly gonna get more challenging each week. This is week 2 of 7 week strength cycle. My Friday and Monday injections both in. So got my full dose PEDs going into this week. This volume should be building the strength come peaking time!! All signed up for the meet. Let the gains begin again. Take 2! Happy Lifting!
