She is scheduled to squat 285 for 5x5 in two weeks from today. If she can do that she will be on schedule to do 345 at the meet in July which would break the World Record by 4 lbs.

Got through chest day today without too much pain. Hit my scheduled 10lb Increase on bench got 5x5 even did a pause rep on a few. No elbow sleeves just wrist wraps and belt. Got fatigued by 4th set. Close grip bench was an easy 135 for reps of 8 went up with good speed.had to go to a CPR renewal for work today. Got a good forearm pump durning cpr compressions on the dummies. lol. Happy lifting! 💪🌸

Good deadlift day got it done!! I went up my 20lb jump this week to 295 lb deadlifts. Got the 5x5s finished. Did try a set sumo stance deads to see how it feels on hip that was bothering me. It was ok but will stick with conventional since it’s going up comfortably and seems a bit faster. Went up on RDLs from 225 to 255. Those were a bit grueling. Got a bit of the dizzies catching breath after standing back up. Went up on Bentover and shrugs as well. Had a phone conference to get home for so did not get cardio in afterwards today. All in all great training day. Happy Lifting. 💪🌸
