Started off the walking into gym today and manger says to me “I’ve got a bone to pick wit you!” Grin on his face. I ask what did I do? He said “You can’t come in here looking better than me!” I laughed and said, Well you must not be working hard enough ! Lol. Was a good laugh. Nice compliment though coming from the manager!



Happy with todays’s chest workout. On BB incline Press, Kept weight same as last week 135lbs increased reps to 6 got out 8 on set 5 the last set. Felt good with shoulders tendons joints!

not use elbow sleeves just wrist wraps and belt. Felt strong today. I went up to 115lbs on Mach press that’s a little personal best win. Ususally that machine I have some aches in my shoulders but not today. 12 reps did not go to failure. Another gal that trains there we were chatting. She said it’s always a pleasure watching you guys train. So was a nice day of compliments. We stopped at Costco to get the quinoa salad they’re always out of it… grabbed a rotissary chicken and some yummy Mediterranean green salad kits. Just can’t beat a whole cooked chicken for $5 protein cost less than the salads!!
