Please only order from the correct URL. There are around 5 copycat websites out there. No joke. We try to keep the website as private as possible, so if you know someone who has actually ordered from us you can order from the legit website if you are ordering from any other website other than a .IS it is a scam, we have only ever had a .IS domain name!
How about my issues, I posted the thread.. would love to know where all my packages are?
I was using IS.. until my packages arrive sorry mate don't believe you.
I've got lots of emails from [email protected] where you've just stopped replying when I questioned you about where my numerous packages were...?
Send me an email with the order confirmation and bitcoin payment and anything else you have and I will see what I can do. We moved domains and changed email for security purposes, so it may have been a case of losing some order info. But in one thread someone has said they received PIP from our products and you haven't received your order. Send me an email with all the info and if all checks out I will get it reshipped. But just removed our URL please.
Also we would like to resolve this issue as well. Please could you email us.. We didn't receive any email from you about any PIP?

I’ve been using you guys for the last couple of months (placed around 6 x orders) with everything arriving in around 3 x days or so. I placed an order 7 x days ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent two emails to ask if you can look at the tracking to see how far off the package is, but I haven’t had a reply. Bit worried cause you guys usually reply within a day via email.

Hi mate. Our average delivery is 3-5 days yes, if it's been 7 days you have to factor in the weekends which delay post, and also when we send the parcels out, not all orders get sent out the same day, or the following day, we send parcels at random times for our operational security.
I suggest you read our FAQS mate: FAQS Roidstop Australia on our website, your order will probably rock up any day now. After 10 days we can give out a tracking number if it's not received (Also in our FAQS)
Any issues, please email us, but I would suggest waiting a few more days and you'll have your parcel.
Can I remind anyone that posting up our website, your order number, and any other personal information on a public forums not only puts our website at risk from LE but also your security. We suggest you remove any order numbers or personal info.
@roidstopaustralia hey man, thanks for the info. I completely understand now and appreciate you getting back to me. Just a further note, I’d like to say since I’ve been with @roidstopaustralia for only a few months now and have placed quite a few orders in that time that I’ve found their products great, they always arrive and the communication with the OG’s has been excellent. As I told them in one of my earlier emails the above feedback, they’ve definitely got a long term customer in me.

So I thought I'd post this as a bit of an update, so since roidstop reappeared 2 weeks ago after scamming me, we sent a few emails and he promised to do the right thing and follow up on my order...
Well a week has passed and he has ghosted me again, stopped replying to my numerous emails and stopped replying to my messages on the site .
On the odd chance he posted it out I will apologise and update the thread but my advice is don't buy into his bs, he knows what he's doing. I wouldn't be surprised if it is him operating these supposed shadow sites but that's just my personal opinion.
Stay safe out there all, plenty of reputable sites shares on here!
